Is this cable or adsl?

Are they just shaping on that one port or is it affecting other protocols?

Is this not the same "Traffic Management/ File Shaping that I posted about a couple of months ago in the Broadband section here on the forum?
Although it was not specific port but across the whole spectrum of port being used either for P2P or and new traffic.

There are actually 2 trials that is or are taking place, one of which is effecting P2P traffic the other is also effecting some "NEWS" channel traffic.

The good news at the moment is change to port 443 or port 80.

I assumed it was cable. Virgin to me means cable athough I dont know why as I have a virgin dialup account

It won't be long before lots of people will be using VPN accounts and Torr.
