Our suppliers have advised us that work has been completed to resolve the issues affecting customers in the Nottingham and midlands areas.

Customers will have reconnected automatically, however if you feel you are still affected please power down your ADSL equipment before retesting. If you continue to have problems with your BB services please hold to talk with a member of technical support.
