PM's
« on: February 22, 2011, 07:04:07 PM »

Apologies if this has been asked before, and for my complete foolishness, but how does one access e-mails that have been 'replied to'. In other words, I have replied to a couple of 'PMs' and wouldn't have minded having a quick re-read to see if I have covered everything asked of me. However, I can't seem to find a 'sent items' option anywhere ?????

Have I lost the plot ?, Is it so glaringly obvious, I've missed it ?

Any and all help appreciated. Thanks in anticipation. :)

If you click on 'MY MESSAGES' near the top of the page you'll see your inbox, and all your received messages will be there unless you've deleted them.

If you want to see your replies and other sent messages, click on 'Outbox' at the left side. But for this to work you have to enable the option to save copies of sent messages. This option is in PROFILE --> Personal Message Options.

Just been back in to my mail .... I see what you mean, there's a 'Click if you want saving in outbox' button. I've never seen that before on forums, it's always been an automatic function. Another lesson learned and thanks for the prompt reply.  ;D

Its down the the forum software.  This site uses SMF, and by default its set to off until you enable it.
Sorry there isnt anything that Im aware of that can make it be on by default :/
