Hi,

I work for a well known BB provider and we often have to deal with BT wholesale. Ive been trying to find out a solid answer to the above question but i always get conflicting stories. Just wondering if anyone knows on here, also what would they fix, can TPMs and lift and shifts resolve VP issues etc?

Nope, no reason mate, just didnt see how it was relevant to the question. Its BT if your interested though
