My isp is talktalk.pro my router DGN2000, set to use channel 11 for wireless. When i run INSIDDER it tell`s me that my router is using channel 11 + 7 is this normal. Is there any way to set it to a single channel?.

Go to wireless settings and change the Mode to 'Up to 130Mbps'.  Up to 270Mbps mode uses dual channels; 7+11 are one the selectable channel pairs.
