Hi
I am having problems with Kitz pages timing out. I have tried other sites they seem OK . anyone else having problems ?

No, sorry, Jeff. No problems have been noticed here.

Im only guessing here, but the server will very likely be running several scripts today. 
Installation of the new larger drives last night mean that we have more space available if required, but there may well be a lot of additional backup work going on which could cause additional load which could cause some slowness at times.

I did post a comment(see below) yesterday morning under the server maintenance thread.

Noticed the forum has been sluggish to load pages this morning,both in Firefox and Chrome.And a few minutes ago it was reported that the site was down

Obviously now reporting the site is up 

It was fine after that (around 11.50am )

Have to admit, it is rather slow today. Fine on other sites.

As posted up, it's probably a 'work in progress' situation and will soon clear up.

Hmm . . . I now have to agree. The site is running somewhat slow this evening (Saturday 25th June 2011).

Yes, it does seem to have been through a stodgy period, but as Jeff says, no problem today.

Now in the early hours of Monday 27th June and the site is back to its usual "zippy" self.
