@ burakkucat,

This displeases us very significantly as we have altrady fully established our difficulties and the proper remedy which is NOT yet another load of organisations finding their feet at our disadvantage and yet more delay. !!!

We believe it is the intervention of SCC which has caused the now three months delay in our grant award; that's assuming we haven't lost it all together. In addition SEEDA has already done a survey so most of Surrey has some data available.

However thank you very much indeed for taking the trouble to point it out.
