Full marks for John Lewis.
As for setting the laptop up I'll leave that to the Windows gurus. Don't forget when you get to setting up the wifi all the information is on the forum somewhere.  :)

I knew with JL it would be OK, touch wood.

I am getting a TV from them on Monday doing a price match but had to pay full amount and claim it back once delivered.

Not sure why they do that.
