blue screen codes dell inspiron1545

hi tuftedduck yes came all loaded on the laptop cannot seem to access it through safe mode all i get when it starts is the green dotty lines with microsoft underneath then goes blue with the earlier codes

have tried the self repair my computer but still goes back to blue

You are going to need a Vista boot disc.

Can you beg borrow or steal an installation disc from a friend ?

If not you are going to have to make a recovery disc........you can download free ones but they are big downloads ( 90-120 Mbs) and you then have to burn to a cd/dvd

many thanks for all the help will see if i can borrow a disc from freind have got product key so will try the download you have given and will let you know how it all goes
