Be careful ,your credit agreement may be with a credit company Not the retailer you bought the goods from. They would certainly take legal action .

I would get hold of your local Offices of fair trading ..

Thanks for the advice mate

after a lot of trouble , phone calls & me threatening to refuse to pay, the company sent a courier out to me to pick the camera up
i just have to wait 3 weeks now whilst it is sent for warranty assessment and so hopefully it will all be resolved
