wireless connection stopped working ? try the obvious first.

Hi
A relation could not connect to the web using her wireless connection with  her Toshiba laptop. Wired PC was ok . Router status   showed wireless was up and running . Did a few more checks  etc .

         then switched wireless back on  ;D  small switch on front of laptop .

nobody had switched it off  ::)
 
So easy to miss the obvious
