Today the government has announced the findings of its consultation on who should pay for this system of contacting customers. It has decided that copyright holders should only pay 75% of the cost, with the remaining 25% coming from ISPs and broadband customers.

It's truly outrageous that innocent internet users should have to pay to help the media companies enforce their copyright.
