I did something similar on Be renewal, it obviously committed me to a years contract but I got 3 months free.

If you are happy with the service it's a no brainer.

But don't renew an O2 ACCESS account.

Only do it if it is free but they never accepted my free offer

But they have been known to give it free in the past as it is so bad.

I also had my first 3 months free and I also had to sign up to another 12 month contract but I didn't mind as I was pleased with the O2 service so it was a no brainer.

I didn't have to do anything as they contacted me on my mobile which was unexpected !

I haven't been with O2 for 2 years yet and they have already offered me 3 months free on my broadband account, I was with BT for 14 years and in all that time they never offered me any special deal until I told them I was leaving them and moving my phone service to O2 but I said that it's too late
