Dont really follow TBB these much Im afraid, so I couldnt really say whats going on there.   I may poke my head in on the odd occasion in the ISP section, but it must be years since I posted in Freak Chat..  :/

I think TBB is awful.  I only used the ISP forums but they were so full up with nitpickers and whingers (who often weren't customers of the ISP they wanted to whinge about) that I just had to move on to avoid terminal depression setting in!  The news section also seemed to be always rather behind the times (ISP Review seems to be much more on the ball with that)

I know several who feel exactly the same.

oh I dunno - he may at least be partially on track.
To some it's all a game...  stir it up

Unfortunately trolling does appear to have become a passtime in itself

About 10 years ago when I first went online rudeness and such wasnt quite so commonplace.  Dunno if the fact that it often cost £100pm to *go donline* back then had something to do wth it though ;/

If youre a registered user you do have the ability to change the view to "flat mode". 
Its been suggested many times before that flat mode rather than threaded mode should be the default.
