This is more of a legal and contractual subject that a practical one.
I am helping a domestic user who has a homecall broadband and phone service which is ultimately supplied as an Unbundled Car Phone Warehouse line.
As they are disconnected from BT Wholesale any inquiries from ISPs using BTW services cannot access any line data so they report an unavailable service.
Am I correct in thinking that BT would only re-connect that line with a minimum contract period of 1 Year?
Another approach might be to ask for a Post Office connected phone line which I believe uses BTW services and is only subject to a 1 month contract?
