The latest update to Java was supposed to replace the old npdeployTK.dll with the new npdeployJava1.dll but in some cases, such as those assocated with the most recent versions of Firefox, the old .dll was not removed properly and continues to live alongside the new......and it causing the problem you see.
Search fpr npdeployTK.dll and manually delete it and the error warning should disappear.
