O2 /Be 585V7 data
« on: March 15, 2010, 03:19:44 PM »

Gentlefolk,

Does anybody know if there is a command to extract Attenuation, noise margin and power for the O2 ADSL2+ version of the 585 V7

The browser command

http://192.168.1.254/cgi/b/dsl/ov/?be=0&|0=1&|1=0

N.B. ov are letters and a vertical line follows both & characters.

This command only gives uptime, DSL Type G.992.5 annex A, speeds and data transferred.

Kind regards,
Walter

Click on Broadband Connection in the left menu

Click on DSL Connection

Click on Details over to the right.

Edit : this is the browser command for the full page of stats : http://192.168.1.254/cgi/b/dsl/dt/?be=0&l0=1&l1=0

To get the full stats don't you need to type in the following.

Quote
Login name: SuperUser
Password: O2Br0ad64nd or the serial number on the bottom of your router

Correct UncleUB......I use my own creation of userid and password with SuperUser privileges so I tend to forget the basics !

Thanks very much indeed chaps.

When will I ever remember all the tricks for looking at all the modems !

Sadly the pasword didn't work so I've had to ask the end user to read off the serial number which I'll try next.

Kind regards,
Walter
