Im aware theres already been a discussion on this, but Sam has asked if I would help promote the upcoming Ofcom and Broadband Performance trials by publishing the following.

Just to clarify, if you're on the "old" monitoring system (like me) you may well still get an invite but there's no need to take any action. The old system is being rolled into the new one from a data aggregation/analysis view.

I got a bit confused by the invite (by email) so asked directly and was told this by SamKnows.

I applied for the previous scheme but wasn't accepted, and this time I received an email referring to my previous application and inviting me to sign up this time, which I've done.

Yes, mine was the same, referring back. I guess it didn't get filtered for those who actually ended up joining!  :D

I can't sign up which is a bit of a bummer. Cause BT are part of the monitoring process and i work for them i ain't allowed >:(
