Favourites tab freezing
« on: January 28, 2010, 04:50:26 PM »

This has only just started to happen & just wonder why.  When I click on my Favourites tab & scroll down the list of saved sites, it refuses to move & then when I try to close it it freezes & the only way I can get round this is by clicking on the start button & then it disappears. Anyone know why this might be happening please?

Hello, twinkle.

It would help us if you could tell us which operating system and which browser you are using.  :)

Should have asked before.....do you have any add-ons or plug-ins installed. If so, have you tried with any such uninstalled. ?

thanks for your posting. I have uninstalled Skype as I rarely used it & whether its this that was causing the problem I don't know but it appears alright now. all very odd. appreciate you helping me.
