Could be interesting to see what happens next?
How can the Companies who pursue those who run Torrent/P2P sites carry on their persecutions of such sites, given that most operate on a similar basis & only offer links but don`t host any material...
I don`t use Torrents/P2P, but I do a know a site/s that offers links.
I guess to put it in a nutshell its a Kick up the Whatsits for the Music/Film industry & they`ll have to go back to persuing individuals for downloading a track or two here & there.....doubt they`ll win any popularity stakes when they sue a Granny & then when it comes in front of a Judge, She only has a limited 3 GB/month account, when they claim She has downloaded 1TB/month for the last 3 months....Opps.
It`ll happen or something similar.
I`m sure a few people will be following any follow up events..
