Has anyone successfully returned anything to them ?

Don't know if it still exists but the dixons group had a service arm called mastercare or something similar again based in Hemel Hempstead (near the "magic dohnut" if any one has come across that very small ring road with 6 mini roundabaouts around it)

I will try the other numbers TMO.

Update . The 4th Tech guy I spoke to ,He couldn't find an actual number specifically for returns  . He did however managed to contact  My local Curries store and confirmed that they would refund / exchange my scanner . The funny thing is he could not find the much larger PC World that is only 2000 yards away from Curries. Unfortunately Curries  don't have the same model scanner and Its 20 miles away. So much for on line shopping at Dixons .

One thing I will do for future on line shopping(won't be with Dixons ) is make sure that their return procedures are clear

Normally I don't take part in customer surveys . This time I did . As I had indicated I was not satisfied with the returns procedure I got 2 contact points .One was an Email address the other was the same 0844 561 1111 number . Sent Email detailing the Fiasco . Won't be ringing again (no point throwing good money after bad)

Went to currys today .They didn't have a scanner to swap .So got my money back .
Eventually one of the store staff came up with the elusive returns number

0844 561 1111   not option 1    help or repair   but option 4 customer service . Amazing that not one of the tech guys new that ?
