This could pose a problem for all those using their backhaul facilities.

Yikes, that looks like a nightmare. And the public laundry airing can't be helping much either.

If you've got businesses hosting websites, running email servers, or anything like that on established IP ranges, having your ISP suddenly go under can potentially cost thousands if proper resilliency isn't in place. There must be a few IT managers out there right now in a state of panic ;)
