Yahoo email help
« on: October 18, 2009, 05:55:09 PM »

Mysteriously, the "sign-out" option keeps disappearing from yahoo mail. This happens even if I untick "keep signed in" option during logging in. Contacted yahoo customer support but they want me to permit them exclusive access to my account so that they can fix it. I didn't give them that permission.

I thought it could be a malware but the same issue happens at my work computer too. (Browser - FF 3.5 or Chrome). Wondering if anyone else facing this problem?  ???

Sounds like a standard Yahoo Mail glitch  ::)

I get that too when selecting Keep Signed In

I suppose if you want to stay signed in, you wouldn't need to sign out... ;)

Just clear out your Cookies if you just want to make sure you are not loged in on computer.

I use this to do it:

http://www.ccleaner.com/download

It is free.

Tried all that. Doesn't help. I have been using ccleaner for years.  ::)

Does it still give the problem if you use the new interface rather than Mail Classic?
