Hi

Is there a way to access a more detailed settings interface on this device. It seems to have a very noddy graphical menu. I want to do things like fix IP address to devices and can find now way to do that.

Hi,
You can force it to always use the same address for a device which uses DHCP via the web interface by
using a tick box "Always use the same address" accessible from:
Home Network > Devices> Configure (top rhs) > Edit (select from list of devices)

I don't know how to force a specific IP address.
Maybe that's possible via telnet and command line, but I don't know how.

As mentioned above a lot of the Speedtouch CLI commands across all their routers are similar

Different versions of the router may have slightly different commands.. and some of the later models do have some functions restricted...  as does some of the latter v6 firmware.

You dont say which version you have but since v6 is probably the most common version............
