Morning all :)

It's a lovely day here, and I'll be doing my best not to waste it. A wander through the fields is definitely on the programme, and maybe a little medicine as well.

Sorry to hear that you were below par yesterday, TD. :(

Enjoy your day everyone. :)

Morning all!  Lovely and  :sun: here too.

@Unky  "Off for my medicene later

What you need is a Maisie - she leads me there and back every time .... in fact, it is her who led me astray to the Tudor Arms every time!

Going to spend the day reading a novel in the sunshine and then see how the garden is doing - plan next week's tasks.

Hope you all have a nice day.

@ Scottiesmum  Is it a good book ?

Yes - written by a lady author, A. M. Homes, called "This book will save your life"  ISBN 978-1-86207-933-5

A peculiar tale, but with some lessons in it too.  Just passed the 100 mark of 372 pages.  I am enjoying my recent semi-retirement reading a novel every one to two days.

Maybe we should set up a thread with book suggestions - you know, ones we have enjoyed?

Colin  .. I am a bookaholic    (despite rumours to the contrary  :drunk: )    ...... I recently read  The Ghost by Robert Harris  .... and more recently   David Baldacci 's  The Camel Club both of which I found unputdownable    ...rather than go into detail perhaps anyone interest could look at Amazon for the description, as I have for your latest read ...   love the cover !!   I'd rather like  a Book thread !

I use to read books all the time in my school years but must confess I read very little these days.

Sue and my sister on the other hand have always got their head in a book so I will pass on any recommendations(if thats ok).
