Yes, bright eyed and bushy tailed is what I am.

It's damp but mild here, and expected to stay mild for a few days.

I have a modest bit of excitement in store today - I'm expecting delivery of a new motherboard to replace a rather temperamental one in my 'testing' PC, so I'll be rolling up my sleeves and wielding the screwdriver later. In the meantime I'll be hopping from one foot to the other, waiting for the delivery van to arrive.

Been out to Dentists and opticians this morning, then shopping with my parents for a few things for kimis new place and just got back.  Was planning on finishing clearing all my daughter's stuff in her room, before tomorrow, but I need to get warm first me thinks.  Autumn is well and truly on its way here so time to put the heating on.

Hopefully erics new mobo will have arrived so he can get to work on the pc.

Just noticed a progress report and some Isaac pics from his current owner, so I'll no doubt post those up when I've had a proper look

Yes, it arrived just after lunch, and is now in the PC and I'm installing Linux as we speak.

.... and then that Penguin will fly!

Just done a laptop repair for my son - the usual coffee over the keyboard.  Luckily, I was able to get a replacement keyboard for it (not cheap), and the coffee hadn't gone any further into the internals.  Now everything on my desk smells of coffee!
