I shouted out loud when we got the last wicket; I don't know what the neighbours must have thought, but maybe they're cricket fans too. :)

Ilookedat the screen with about 240 for 5 then heard only one more wicket needed  ??? nice one for Flintoff now he can get his operation.

I remember the last Ashes win here in 2005,I watched most of it at the hospital when my dad was in.He was in intensive care for 5 weeks and then on a ward for 5 weeks before he died on Sept 10th.
We always talked about cricket,he always use to tell me about when he use to watch Yorkshire and the late,great Len Hutton.
Many many fond cricket memories we shared.  :'(

The 2005 series was really special, and it must have been a very bitter-sweet period for you, Phil. I hope your dad was able to take some pleasure in the victory, even though he was so ill. :(
