So the people who are currently most deprived (in terms of internet provision) will probably have to pay more to get up to a level which is still well below that enjoyed by most city dwellers. >:(

Gentlefolk,

As an afterthought, and if the Telegraph have reported his pronouncements correctly as below:-

"Nonetheless, Mr Timms said that an announcement will be made before the general election about top-slicing. We've made our intention pretty clear, he said. If
there was to be a change of government, there would no doubt be a lot of things that were changed."

I think we all know there's to be a change of government very soon so why are national resources being used for a public relations exercise that won't be implemented ?
