I wanted to rate my last ISP but you can't cause it only works on your current ISP.
So I have to air my grievances or I'll explode.
Tiscali transferred my broadband account  but only gave me 0.5 Mb when the previous adsl connection at my address was 4Mb.
Even though I was paying for it.
after being a customer of their for 7 years their customer services disconnected me by mistake
They wiped my account disconnecting adsl
Deleted my website and all of my email addresses
(my daughter is at uni and had her address book online)
They could not reinstate any of the addresses or services.
I had to wait 10 days for BT to disconnect the service
Before they could reconnect.
And when I phoned after three weeks to see what they were doing about it
They told me to phone sales and apply for a new account.
I spent weeks visiting the local Internet cafe to update my websites and set up new mail addresses
They then set an Auto phone robot on me because they said I owed them £9.50
And threatened me with blacking my credit rating and charging me for the collection agency to recover the debt.
I switched to Eclipse.

Welcome anyway :)

I guess we hear more complaints about Tiscali than any other ISP, but your experiences seem to be particularly bad. All I can say is that moving to a different ISP was exactly the right thing to do.
