Good Luck this time.  :fingers:

Thats very kind Azzaka coming from a rival company. :)

Tbh Zen was one ISP who were on my shortlist, but being on limited income and already having an O2 mobile swayed me to join them

At the end of the Day, if you wanted to move to Zen you would have but my being nasty or evn ignoring the fact you moved to anotyher company would not fair well for Zen. As long as your connection is working and you are happy with your choice then to me thats all that matters and I am sure the plusnet staff that frequent the forums would agree.  :)

I've been given a connection date of 30th September which is the day before my BT contract expires.I have asked for this to be moved from the 30th to the 1st but no can do as that is the only day the engineer can visit the exchange.

I'm just wondering what penalty (if any) BT will charge me for 1 day?

I have also be told by O2 that my router will be delivered on the 28th.So well done O2 for keeping you informed.

Good timing, unkyUb........ :clap2:

I don't see why you should face any penalty from BT......you have already paid them up to and including the 1st. October and will have terminated your contract with them as of that date.
You will be paying O2 from the 30th. September so on that day and the next you will have paid two ISPs for these two days, par for the course.
I don't think you need worry about any penalty.  :)

Thanks for your reply Assaka. :)

And thanks TD,I suppose it is virtually impossible to gauge it to the exact day,so 1 day adrift seems pretty good.

I moved from Zen and would recommend them to anyone requiring a excellent service but at a price.

I needed to save money so I changed to O2 Access and have (so far) unlimited bandwidth and a good enough service, it is not as good as Zen, but OK for me.  Now I need to get it even cheaper next year with a friends and family discount.

It was a shame Zen dropped newsgroup access.

Excellent result

>> Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]:   40.5 / 67.0

What a nice quiet line you must have..  you are doing exceedingly well for its length.
You are currently on the default profile with interleaving set.

TBH I wouldnt touch a damn thing..  thats a sweet result.
Let the Be DLM do its thing,  your SNRM may dip a bit tonight..  & need to see how it copes at that speed.
