I've found that the best way to get rid of them is to keep asking increasingly difficult and technical questions.  This technique also works well in P.C. World where they tend to avoid me now  :D

I think I can hear faint screamings and curses coming from the general direction of Sheffield............must be you know who trying to get that HP to work.... :lol:

Well the HP 4480 has landed... ;D

Everything seems ok,just scanned and copied a document which was very easy to do.

The 'Wuss' strikes back............ :lol:

Well have to doing a bit of printing/copying and scanning,I must say I am very impressed with the printer.Not blazing fast,but fast enough for my needs.
A bit of a panic this morning though,when I went to print something nothing happened.After a few minutes I realised my old printer was still the default setting.  :doh:

Here's the sample print it did to test the printer..
