On reflection.. shouldnt laugh, because it is actually really bad.. 3 months to get a reply that was false.

To be fair I usually get emails back from them within 2 hours using the help system.

However when we send letters next day delivery they don't reply for around 3weeks

They did reply quite promptly when i put in the subject of an email 'For Attention of the Customer Services Manager'
