Company Of Heroes and port forwarding
« on: June 11, 2009, 11:43:06 PM »

My Son pestered me to forward the ports needed to play CoH to his PC; ports 6112, 9110 and 30260. I did this on my TG585V7 router, but the game refuses to work. I have tried pointing the forward to my PC and confirmed that the packets arrive using Wireshark.

Searching with Google, there appears to be many people who have trouble with this game and the TG585V7. Eventually, we turned on UPNP and seemed to have some success, but I'm not generally happy about running with this feature.

Any thoughts?
