Still nothing arrived even though their warehouse was asked to ship Recorded Delivery.  Keeping card company informed of each step.

Finally - a result!  Arrived this morning, recorded delivery.    :clap2: :clap2:

Painful though.  They don't seem to react to emails in anything less than 10 days.  A lesson learned.
