I checked at around 1500 hours this afternoon and Mrs Falcon just seemed to be a bit fidgety on the eggs. That explains things. She could either hear or feel movement "from within".

The sad news that the bad weather has taken two of the chicks over the week end.

Whenever I checked, at the weekend, Mrs Falcon had her back to the weather and the chicks under her "wing-tent" and breast.

But that is normal "out in the wild". The only difference here is that we are able to watch . . .
