ACPI Multiprocessor gone mad :(

Hello all once again  ;D

After me playing about with my system some more I have hit a big sturdy brick wall  :( It seems I have managed to get rid of the ACPI Multiprocessor HAL that comes with XP and I am using the Standard PC drivers and this brings me to the question i've been trying to answer all week, how do i get ACPI back  :)

Your hal.dll file has gone walkabout.

Do you have an XP installation disc from which to run  a repair ?

I have a XP install disk available :)

I think I might just have gotten the idea for what to do here  :D
