Dell service tag

Hi

Does anyone know how to get DELL technical Help when The SERVICE tag is NOT recognised . It is not recognised even though Dell finds it on my machine but still reports it as NOT recognised .  :(

I had that problem recently - very strange.
Depends what help you need, much is available by specifying the model.
I needed drivers and got them that way easily enough.
