>> Many others do not  you have seen this

I cant believe that six months on tiscali have still done naff all about it
I really can not believe that guys patience either.  :'(

Thats the second one ive seen. There is another on still going ..

The contention however can be down to BT to fix and not the ISP. Zen believes that by getting it fixed first time, you wont call us agin and therefore will cost us less. Also by making sure you are happy with the service, you will be more likely to say to a mate, move to Zen.

In this day and age you need to a certain something about you, and not just price. This new AAISP does sound great, and the price is steep for some, however you are paying for the service and not just a monkey that can't/isnt allowed to help the first time.

Hi
I couldn't agree more

But HOW is The average person to know that some ISP are way below standard ,when the advertising can be so misleading and not representative of the actual service provided? :(

Thats where Forums like this are of such value. The only problem is that until you get connected then you don't know of the problems or of course you don't have access to this Forum.

Perhaps we should push for better control of the misleading adverts.  :(

You can get O2 for £10.74 not a month a year.

Using quidco, being an O2 mobile customer (even PAYG) and a LLU service.

Don't know why they do it myself.

I totally agree with your comments Azzaka, everything is fine until there comes a time when you need competent technical support and that is what you pay for.
I have not heard much about AAISP but they do seem to be getting excellent customer ratings.

That is why, when I'm out in the Surrey jungle, I insist the end user has a reliable and co-operative ISP !

As I've been involved in about 20 installations, it is perhaps not unreasonable that I continue to use the ones I like and where I've learnt how to use thier systems to mximum effect !

Kind regards,
Walter
