Well - more snow here.  Shoveled 4 inches off the drive yesterday and now another 4 inches has taken its place.  Continuing to snow hard - so it's warm drinks, a good book and soothing music methinks.  Even the (hungry) birds aren't venturing out.

Good morning 

It stopped snowing latish yesterday, now we have a lovely crisp day, blue skies and still but it is cold..........brrrr.........and of course yesterday's slushy stuff has frozen up. Slippy.
Added to that the local water main has burst and has been spewing forth water all night, and that has frozen over too. The whole place is like an ice-rink.

Notwithstanding TD has been into town and restocked goodies for the feathered eating machines. Glad to be back and has just thrown another log on the fire. 

Nothing else planned.

Stay dry and warm, and on your feet !

I've been here since 6:30, but occupied with other things. I hate to say it (again) but the weather is quite pleasant here - blue sky, fluffy white clouds, and not very cold. But I do sympathise with those of you who are getting the rotten weather.

Morning all,

Snow all gone from these 'ere parts, replaced by heavy rain this morning.  If it had been snow I think we'd have been snowed in by now

T'will soon be Easter <hehehe> have you seen the ads of Tv for the Easter Eggs?  I know they've been in the shops for a few weeks now but honestly....can't they sell them then, they have to advertise

The snow is starting to melt.   

Been out shopping getting supplies in ready for my birthday bash on Sunday.My birthday and I'm doing the cooking.  . I love it really. 

I know what you mean about Easter Chrissie  Valentines day is bad enough with all the hype.

I've been into town this morning (using my bus pass) but the pavements are so slippery on the way to the bus stop I think I'll be staying at home until the thaw.  Since breaking my wrist in the summer, I'm really scared of falling.   I'm glad the city centre was clear
