I am most flattered.

Incidentally my sister in law in Terrington near Malton also has the same name.

I've never met Richard Tang but I think he knows of my exploits.
Carrying on from our previous conversation my ex-boss, Frank barker, from many years ago who stayed with Siemens Plessey Radar, had Richard Tang as a student engineer.
Frank told me he was red hot - QED ! I also detect his business ethics and offerings seem to be based upon good traditional behaviour.

As some of you may be aware, since TD's promotion to Moderator, there has been a vacancy for Helpful Kitizen status.
So I'm today pleased to announce 2 new Helpful Kitizens

Also as some of you have probably noticed I'm tending to get more and more tied up these days with Admin related work leaving me not as much time for forum posting.  Therefore I wanted to specifically nominate someone who is around most of the time, who can keep things ticking over and perhaps alert staff if something needs bringing to our attention.

Whilst I'm sure he would be the first to admit hes not a broadband techie, theres no doubt his posts do help keep the forum ticking over in the non-adsl sections, and he's also pretty alert when it comes to picking up on spam or problematic posts, so our other new Helpful Kitizen tag goes to...

Thank you so much.

Having been a member of this site for over two years has helped me get a better understanding of all things ADSL related and the 'tech' members have helped me in increasing my knowledge on the subject(Tbh I new nothing before I joined Kitz)

Also over this period I have got to know a lot of Kitz Members who are a great bunch of guys (and gals).

So getting this recognition is very special to me,so once again thank you.

As many others when I first found this site I was desperate for help. I had been working with computers for quite a few years  but to me Networking was a black art . My ISP was less than helpful. The help I received enabled me to sort out my connection problems ,but more than that I have gained an understanding this mysterious internet  .
I have also come to appreciate how much effort goes into making this excellent site ,the undoubted leader  for providing help on the workings of the internet.
The members of this forum are second to none  . It is a privilege to be part of it.

I too echo Jeff's sentiments. The site is an absolute godsend and it's being continuously updated as the entire company with its splendid Commanding Officer Kitz continues with their contributions.

Roll on the SLU (Sub Loop Unbundling) entries. I'm keeping an eye open for any announcements from Rutalnd Telecom's Lyddington project.
