my flabber is ghasted. Unfortunately it reminds me of what happened to Terry Thomas years ago.

vaugley remember man about the house. Loved Robins Nest (although I was too young to know why at the time but Tessa Wyatt always captivated me.) But Wasn't he in a film as one of the younger kids in a Cliff Richard film centered in a Youth club, and some Film as a school boy, something to do with a defiant orchestra at a school ?

Didn't Tessa Wyatt marry Tony Blackburn, then he made a very public show of his private life on his radio programme  when they divorced  ?  I seem to remember switching it off in embarrassment for him  !!      He was obviously another one 'captivated' !  ;D

Gosh, what a difference a few decades make!  Yes I seem to remember Tessa Wyatt married to Tony Blackburn Kate, I know there was a lot of hoo hah with his marriage at the time and I feel sure it was when he was with her.  The piccy of Richard certainly brings it home how people can change and not always for the better methinks...sigh.

I have to admit that is a bit of a shock, I didn't know he'd had a stroke. Although to be fair it was thirty years ago, but having said that when someone pops up on the telly that hasn't been on for a long while I do often think they haven't worn well. Someone popped up a while back it may have been Barry Cryer who of course still does radio work and his voice always sounds the same, I know I got a shock when I saw them, on second thoughts it might have been John Cleese, I'm not sure now, but it was a shock whoever it was. I'm rambling now....

I watched  Mel Smith on Mastermind last week and he look dreadfully poorly.  Has he had some sort of seizure ?   Very sad to see and listen to him.

Over the xmas I watched that Morecambe & Wise tribute program that Paul Merton did, and got a shock when he interviewed André Previn - he looked like a more wizened version of Gandalf.

OK so he's older and hasnt aged well...  but after living a life of booze etc and a heart attack, then I suppose add on 30 years its no surprise.

Maybe we have become so used to seeing celebs having plastic surgery and botox etc?
