If we got one when were kids it was called gold dust.  :D

You could do some serious damage in the sweet shop with one of those.  :D

That was my pocket money.......my Saturday Sixpence.............when I first got it in the early 1930s. it was worth a fair bit but over the years it seemed to decline in value..but I never got a pay rise.

The village sweetie shop was then owned and run by my aunt and uncle and they were under strict instructions from my Ma as to my limits on boiling buying....one penny a week on that and the rest into my piggy-bank.  ;D

Gosh, that takes me back a few years.............gobstoppers,  :yum:...........four for a penny and a good one would last all day if you were careful and didn't suck too hard. :D

Beckhampton in Wiltshire........

But knowing how  >:D That French lady can be..........and There is no 'fine tuning' connection I can think of.........
