Good morning. 

I wonder if unkyUb managed to get any sleep last night.............he was so excited. Hope his son arrived ok. 

Very mild today, grey and breezy.........we have just had a fierce squall, high winds and lashing rain for about and hour........it's heading south so best get out your brollies, all who are darn sarff.

Quiet day today.

Well the weather forcast is ok for hear so far, Thinking of treating myself to the street cafe a little later. Nice smart place, only thing is a full english or one of the specials of the day. Problem with the specials is the size of the portions, keep expecting John Cleese to turn up and offer a wafer thin mint.

Next question is can I go to the library without the kids playing carols on various instruments in the forum. Bless them but it is one flaw of the main library/forum set up. It's one thing to have music in the backround whilst reading but when every 8th note is , well a bit off. It tends to throw ones concentration a bit.

Just recently seen loads of photos and videos by a couple I know who are doing a bit of a world tour, they've recently arrived in Thailand after spending some time in laos and I'm getting a tad jelous. The party in a giant mud pool looks load of fun

never realised about some of the other types of snowflakes such as prisums tubes,colombs etc

I'm off now as a pair of cats out side are singing, ones doing "O Sole Meowww" and the other is doing Frankie goes to hollywood's "Power of love", both badly.

,I've got him.
Got home about 10am.His 13 hour HK flight was on time,his 1 hour London to Manchester flight was 30 mins late.
He polished off,bacon,sausages,egg and tomato.Then,3 more sausages,2 eggs and baked beans.!!!
I have just taken him to his mum's.
I'm very tired,but very happy.
Hope everyone is having a good day.

Don't worry about Blue,he has his sunday lunch to look forward to.If you saw the plateful he has,meat,roast potatoes,roast parsnips,whatever veg is going and yorkshire pudding,he doesn't like mashed potato though.!!!

Pleased to hear that everything went almost to plan UncleUB, goodness that's some appetite.

Glad I called in the co-op on the way home, picked up a piece of Topside half price, so that's Xmas dinner sorted, in the freezer now, may seem strange but a beef joint really is a luxury for me.

Just listening to an old episode of I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue and they really shouldn't make Willie Rushton sing.
