I notice that where the image is hosted its saved as a .jpg.
To be animated they should be in .gif format.

Since she's not feeling too good today and it made her laugh - I may just do that and send it out as xmas cards

I relented and purchased it last night.  The file they send you is 30MB and not too bad quality.
I then spent a bit of time making a few amendments of my own (and reducing the file size) to it so I can send to friends and relatives in Oz etc.

I'll also post it on here too later.
