Picked it up from another forum and the Forum Editor (he that must be obeyed) said he had an email saying this may be the last year that its done.
Basically you create a cracker and send it as an email. It was sponsored a couple of years ago by Portland Holidays, so there may be a slight spam element, but nothing too horrendous.
