Thank you for your timely offer. I have been on a forced break (you could say, at her majesties pleasure), so I have not been able to catch up on the forum, replies to my posts or the exact state of play with my BB quality.
I wish I could report that the problems were extant, even with a new GT which my partner has been advised by our ISP to install (shirk shirk!!).
Please let me have a day to recover from my break and to do some data gathering and I will start a new thread.
