I think a lot of the UK ISP reps are aware of the site..   its the Indian call centers who arent.
At one point tiscali had a sticky up pointing to some info on the main site - dont know if its still there or not as I dont  monitor their forums.

I'm not sure the call centres are even aware of Tiscali.
