They all sound like mix ups of real country names, however since Vulgaria was from chitty chitty bang bang, Im going to guess at countries used in films.

6. Which number is represented by MDLV in Roman numerals?
1000,500,50,5 = 1555

Iran/Iraq

hmm has to be german, BMw?

Organisation of petrol exporting countries

Four (New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York).

2. In an alphabetical list of all member states of the EU which is first and which is last?

Austria, United Kingdom.

3. Which country is the largest producer of wine in the world?

Italy

4. Which musician played on both sides of the Atlantic at the Live Aid concert?

Phil Collins (He accomplished this by performing earlier in the
day at Wembley as both a solo artist and alongside Sting (on hiatus
from The Police), then boarding a Concorde to perform his solo
material, and drum for Led Zeppelin and Eric Clapton in
Philadelphia).

Fictional places - ie; only exist in book or film.

I only know Italy since it was something that came up in a pub quiz before (and got wrong) before that I'd always assumed it was france too.
