Well done to her for sticking with it Eric. About 20 years ago I was in a similar situation (had to move house because of pre-trial threats) and I know its easy to say, but if you don't go to court and give evidence then you lose a lot of your self-respect.

Hopefully she can get away for a break after the trial. It helps :)

Thanks for all the kind comments. She's finished giving her evidence now, and the cross-examination wasn't too harsh - in fact we rather got the impression that the defence barrister's heart wasn't really in it. The trial is expected to finish on Monday, and I'll talk more about it then.

Sorry to hear about that awful attack ,hope that JUSTICE will be served .

TOO busy hiding trying to catch motorists on camera.
