"Forum How To's" eg How to Post Photos or upload a file

Because pdf is classed as a text based file rather than image/video - you should be able to upload it to any site with webhosting facilities...  in the same way as htm/html/txt files.

Thanks everybody,

I wanted to know if there was a preferred method for the Kitz forum but there obviously isn't.
I've used the scribid site which seems to work well and reasonably quickly.

When adding tags any curly brackets {} should be replaced with square brackets []

Add a hyperlink to your post

When making your post, use either the    button or {url} tags.

example
--- Code: ---[url=http://www.kitz.co.uk]ADSL Broadband site[/url]
--- End code ---

will output ADSL Broadband site



By default hyperlinks will open in a new browser tab or window. 
The {iurl} tag opens the link in the same window.

example
--- Code: ---[iurl]http://forum.kitz.co.uk/index[/iurl]
--- End code ---

Add an Image in your post

Images need to be hosted at another location and should be inserted using the button or {img} tags.

example
--- Code: ---[img]http://www.kitz.co.uk/files/mainimages/kitz_logo.png[/img]
--- End code ---
